​​​New Student CSRs need the following access:

• ​​CAEDM account (if not a student in the college, they will need their BYU ID number added to the database by a CAEDM employee
  • User type = 'ptemployee'
  • Organizations = 'ee', 'caedm'

​ *Membership in the 'ecencsrs' group of the CAEDM AD (will grant admin access on department computers on the domain)

​ *Membership in the 'ecensysop' group of the BYU AD (will grant admin access to ecewsus.byu.edu and SharePoint [ecesupport.byu.edu]​​)

• Membership in these CAEDM groups:
  • collegecsrs
  • ecencsrs
  • erato
  • landeskecen
  • ldconsole
  • xcpiso​
• swipe card access to B34 (get form from the secretaries)

In addition to these items, be sure to set them up on the ecen-support@byu.edu email account and add them to the byu-oit Slack team.
